Mom close your eyes!

That is a 3 foot rattle snake that I have around my neck. The picture really doesn't do the snake justice. It had a beautiful skin on it. Brayan (see picture) is the one who found this beauty. Although it was dead when he found it, it was still a really cool find. He has found quite a few snakes and skinned them. I don't know what he is planning on do with the skins, but he is forever carrying around snakes. He found the snake on the drive of the Ranch, somewhere between the school and my house. While there are many Rattle snakes in Honduras, this was by far the longest one I have seen. This is only one of the cool animal that I have gotten to see up close since moving to Honduras.

Jess! Joshua and I are enthralled by the snake! How long do you think it was? We have blown up that pic and have studied it quite a bit. Tell Brayan we think it is a great find as well.
